With over 15 years of professional experience in public relations and communications in both agency and corporate settings, Corazon is responsible for building the Kenya business and ensuring best practices in client service.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with numerous local and international brands across sectors, including finance, beverage, aviation, impact, consulting, telecommunications, and entertainment.
Before joining Edelman, Corazon served as the Group Communications Manager at Open Capital Advisors, a management consulting and financial advisory firm based across Africa, where she set up the communication department and led the firm's rebrand.
She previously held various roles, including General Manager and Consumer Finance Team lead, at Tell-Em Public Relations. There, she led work on several accounts, including Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), Visa Inc, MTV, The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), Direct Pay Online Group (DPO), and Zuku, among others.
Campaigns that Corazon has worked on have received awards and recognition at the Public Relations Society of Kenya Awards (PRSK) and the SABRE Awards.
